Introduction
This report is very unique, as it provides information from different perspectives; how you see yourself and how others see you (family, friends, coworkers, and bosses). It shows you the difference between your self-view and others' views of you. It reveals your strengths from your own perspective and tells whether others also see them as strengths. If others do not see them as you see them, where is the gap? It offers you amazing solutions to balance your view of yourself and others' view of you as the supreme individual whose actions are consistent with their words.
How does TSD360 work?
TSD360 measures the supreme codes in a way similar to the TSD assessment. It has the same features as the TSD assessment, but it is a multi-assessor assessment. It shows you the report after combining your own perceptions of yourself with the perceptions of other people who know you well and who are 360 degrees around you. Both you and others need to complete it.
Once you decide to proceed, you will receive detailed instructions on selecting and categorizing your assessors, in addition to instructions for taking the TSD assessment. When the assessors you selected complete assessing you, we will contact you to review your results, which will be presented in a comprehensive manner.
To achieve great results from TSD360, we suggest that the assessors be selected from different groups. We suggest the following groups:
- Supervisors or direct manager
- Colleagues
- Employees of the lower level
- Friends or some family members
With a minimum of three to four assessors in each group, we will be able to obtain very distinct comparisons between the individual's self-assessment and how others assess them. By discussing these results, an effective work plan with amazing results will be presented to achieve the desired change.
How do you measure ROI (return on investment)?
You can take the TSDC360 assessment: Supreme Codes Development Comparison 360 Report (with self) (TA®):
It is done to measure the new change. When a former TSD360 assessment applicant wishes to take the assessment once again after a period of time to measure their level again, they will receive a report comparing their new results to their previous ones.
